By booking with Vibe’z Travel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Vibe’z Travel serves as your travel advisor — offering guidance, support, and planning services to help you craft the best travel experience possible. While we provide expert counsel and coordinate with trusted travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators), the actual services are fulfilled by those independent providers. These terms include important disclaimers, liability limitations, and may impact your rights and available remedies.
Booking Terms & Client Responsibilities

- You must be 18+ to book.
- Booking confirms agreement to these Terms.
- You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information.
- You’re liable for additional fees caused by errors, delays, or changes you make.
- Full payment and signed terms are required before trip finalization.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

- All payments must follow the invoice due dates.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation terms are based on the Supplier's policies.
- Refunds, if available, are minus non-refundable deposits and service fees.
- Vibe’z Travel is not responsible for Supplier cancellations or policy changes.
Pricing & Changes

- Pricing is subject to change until paid in full and in most instances once the deposit has been fulfilled. These terms will be mentioned upon each specific booking.
- Currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and Supplier changes may impact final costs.
- Increases from Suppliers are passed on to the Client.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

- You are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas.
- Vibe’z Travel doesn’t guarantee entry to any country.
- Entry denial due to documentation issues is not the responsibility of Vibe’z Travel.
Travel Documents

- Final documents are sent after full payment is received.
- It’s your responsibility to review and confirm all details.
- Vibe’z Travel is not liable for errors you don’t report before travel.
Immunizations & Health Screenings

- Certain destinations require specific vaccinations.
- You must carry valid proof of immunizations if needed.
- Consult with a healthcare provider prior to booking.

Risks & Safety

- Some destinations carry higher risk; stay informed via government sources.
- STEP registration (STEP - Smart Traveler Enrollment Program) is encouraged.
- You assume all risks associated with travel and optional activities.
- Alcohol/drug use may void liability coverage and you assume all related risks.
- Emergencies may lead to changes in itinerary at Vibe’z Travel’s discretion.
Air Travel

- Your airline ticket is a contract with the airline, not Vibe’z Travel.
- Vibe’z Travel is not liable for flight delays, missed flights, cancellations, or airline errors.
- Reconfirm schedules, check in early, and review airline baggage policies.
- Frequent flyer miles, seat assignments, and upgrades are subject to airline policy.
Limitations of Responsibility

- Vibe’z Travel acts as a booking agent and is not responsible for services by third-party Suppliers.
- Itinerary changes, weather events, and minimum group size requirements are at the Supplier’s discretion.
- Liability is limited to the commission and service fees received by Vibe’z Travel.
Force Majeure
- Vibe’z Travel is not liable for events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.).
- Suppliers may modify or cancel plans during such events.
- Refunds depend solely on the Supplier’s policies; Vibe’z Travel will advocate for you where possible.
Client Conduct
- You must follow all behavior rules, including dress codes and respect for cultural norms.
- Vibe’z Travel or Suppliers can remove disruptive or unsafe individuals from trips with no refund.
- You are financially responsible for any damages you cause.
- Illegal drug use will result in removal from the trip and potential legal action.
Travel Insurance
- Strongly recommended but not included unless specified.
- Protects against cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and more.
- Vibe’z Travel is not an insurance broker and cannot guarantee claim approvals.
- If declined, you may be required to sign a waiver.
Termination
Vibe’z Travel may terminate access to services for violation of terms without notice or liability.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time and take effect immediately once posted.
General Legal Provisions
- Governed by Texas law; all disputes must be filed in Harris County, TX.
- You waive the right to bring class action claims.
- All claims must be filed within 12 months of trip completion.
- If any part is unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid term.
- These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Vibe’z Travel.
